1. Press “Wifi Button” on IP Phone Base Station and reconnect the power adapter to trigger the recovery mode. In the meantime, you will see the lights on base LEDs turn by turn (-> power led-> network led-> phone led). When these LEDs are lighting, release and the base station will automatically enter the status of recovery mode update.
2. When
finished, ip phone will be rebooted and username/password will be reset to
admin/admin and you can upgrade to the latest firmware your ip phone via web interface.

Hi,
I've found this extremely helpful to get access to a W52P that was inaccessible.
After the firmware recovery however I can't update the firmware to the latest version from the Yealink website.
I upload the file, it says it is restarting but the same firmware is present afterwards.
I've tried running the firmware recovery and replacing the .rom file with the latest from the Yealink website however this doesn't work and the base unit stays inaccessible.
Any tips on how to get the base unit upgraded after the firmware recovery is complete would be greatly appreciated!
